The Sims: Deluxe Edition for Windows PC
Maxis made one heck of an impact with their little life sim that could in the latter half of the 90s and the early noughties, managing to take a genre as notoriously difficult to make accessible and, well, made it accessible to everyone. The popularity of The Sims came swiftly and never quite seemed to wane, and after a line of expansion packs that built upon and expanded the formula, Maxis released The Sims: Deluxe Edition, the first in a string of special releases. Deluxe Edition includes the version of the core game running on the Hot Date engine, a copy of the Livin’ It Up expansion pack, and includes its own unique content, including 25+ objects and items, and 50+ brand new clothing items. Also included is The Sims Creator, a separate program that allows the user to edit existing clothing for their Sims, or even create entirely new clothing items for them.
