Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon for Xbox
Released for Xbox during the Christmas of 2002, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon is a tactical first person shooter that was named game of the year by many game magazines. It is also considered as one of the games that defined the tactical shooter genre.
You as the player are in command of a United States special forces team of 'Ghosts', compiled of two NATO teams called Alpha and Bravo. After a political uprising that sees rebellion leader Dmitri Arbatov made president of Russia he quickly develops a Russian Democratic Union or 'RDU' and invades the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus with his sights set on Georgia. The Ghost squad go to Georgia to help fight off rebels and protect the Georgian government as instructed by the US, however the RDU see this as meddling in the internal affairs of Eastern European government and send a fully loaded army after the Ghosts.
Your team is equipped with rifle specialists, demolition experts, pinpoint snipers and ninja like stealth units. You need to guide your team through the missions and use your team members wisely, upgrades are available for not only more accurate marksmen skills but also for endurance that'll keep those wounds at bay.
