    Our Thoughts

By now, The Sims needs no introduction; it's a name sim-onymous (sorry) with incredibly addictive life simulation fun, where every possible facet of your control over a family of little computer people and the electric world around them is at your disposal- and what the base game may not offer, mods created by passionate fans certainly will. It is a series that has bred an immesurable amount of creativity among its huge community.

The Sims 4 may not completely reinvent the wheel, but it does give it a quick air boost; both the Create-a-Sim and Build Mode tools have been redesigned, partially to facilitate more versatility when creating in-game characters and assets whilst making the input methods easier to get to grips with. Already, this ups the innate creative possibility with the standard game, putting it quite a bit ahead prior entries in the series in that regard. The emotional states of individual Sims also factors into the gameplay side of things much more then it ever has before, as it effects not only social interaction between other Sims and NPCs, or their overall personality, but it can even directly effect the user interface itself. To say this brings you closer to your Sims then ever before is an understatement.

The game is still currently supported by EA, with regular patch updates and the most recent DLC pack being released in November of 2017.
