Asura's Wrath for PlayStation 3

Once upon a time in... well, “slightly happier but still incredibly perilous” days, Asura was one of eight incredibly powerful beings called the Guardian Generals, a group of demigods tasked with protecting the world of Gaea from the destructive forces of an opposing group of also-incredibly-powerful beings named the Gohma, bent on the destruction of their world. After a long struggle, they manage to best the source of the Gohma, a being named Viltra, and claim victory; all seems relatively well for Asura, until a visit to see the Emperor ends with Asura implicated in said monarch’s death, his wife killed and daughter kidnapped, and eventually, he too is thrown from a great height and killed, to keep hi silenced. However, death isn’t the end, and in the mysterious place between life and death, Asura meets a strange Golden Spider that offers him a chance at revenge, thus beginning a series of increasingly raised stakes, multiple deaths, and the ultimate fate of the world...
Asura’s Wrath presents its action and story in an episodic manner reminiscent of an animated series, a deliberate attempt on behalf of the developers to make it something of an “Interactive Anime”, making it an incredibly unique and fulfilling action experience.
