Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City for Wii
The Animal Crossing series first captured our hearts back in the days of the Gamecube, but the much anticipated Wii sequel ups the ante from the previous game considerably. Not only do you have the same possibilities as before- quietly living in a small village among a closely knit and (mostly) friendly community of animals, making your daily grind either by fishing, bug catching, or fossil hunting, and enjoying the sights at the local Museum- which include a reputable Coffee House that is frequented by a certain popular canine musician.
As the title implies, you are now able to take a trip into the City, which takes the form of an entirely new hub of shops and stores that greatly expands on the item and clothing selection of the previous two outings tenfold. Add in that the level of customisation available to you, from the clothes you’re wearing to the house you live in, and the vast freedom offered to you by the entire premise of the game that the previous entries introduced us to, and you have an absolutely impeccable life sim that is welcome in any gamers collection.
